Terms and Conditions - Holiday at 4-star Hotel Garni in Val Gardena
Enjoy a holiday in the exclusive setting of Hotel Garni Dolomieu or in the cosy Residence Nevada at the feet of the Sella Group in Selva di Val Gardena.
General Information
- Only written reservations accompanied by a deposit will be binding.
- In accordance with article 1,385 of the Italian Civil Code, deposits given to confirm the booking will not be refunded in case of a subsequent cancellation. In case of cancellation 20 days or less before the arrival date, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.
- In case of late arrival or premature departure, the booked period will be fully charged.
- Please vacate your room/apartment by 10:30am on the day of departure. Check-in is from 15:00.
- Please let us know if you will be arriving later than expected.
- Hotel Garni Dolomieu and Residence Nevada are non-smoking facilities. Please respect our other guests, and only smoke on your balcony.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Garage places (subject to availability) and places in the large carpark are included in the price.
Holiday Cancellation Protection Insurance
Prior to your arrival, things can go wrong: with our holiday cancellation protection, you are financially covered. If your arrival is delayed, you cannot show up at all, or you must depart prematurely, additional cancellation charges may be billed. To ensure that you are not liable for such costs, we recommend that you purchase our holiday cancellation protection policy, whereby such costs will be covered by Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG.
